My only issue on the first day i had no shower curtain, i did ask the housekeeper at the time, but nothing happened. After deciding to stay an extra night i was put in a disabled room, no issues really but did not feel comfortable in the room.

Breakfast was ok just been sitting on the line a long time. Maintenance in room was poor, door securing device broken, tub shower rusty spots in bottom and bathroom door had problems. Really needs remodeling.

Disappointing to say the least
I was very disappointed with the condition of this property. It has not been taken care of and needs a complete renovation. This is not s good representation of the Holiday inn brand. Unfortunately I would never stay here again .

I specifically chose this facility because I needed a walk-in shower. I selected one as available during the reservation process. When I arrived at the hotel, we were given a tub - still an accessible room, but not what I needed. The front desk said they had no available "shower" rooms. Very frustrating indeed.

This was the worst property The room was dirty, lamp shades were broken, ice machine did not work. The place was not safe. The bathroom fixtures were broken. Half of the light bulbs weren't functioning. There was no phone but just a cord. It was a terrible experience.

The room they gave us was not cleaned from the guest before us. The next room they assigned us was next to the Highway, the smoke alarm was chirping and dirty room. We left and checked in to a different Hotel.

Don't Bother Staying
Ick! Don't stay here. The level of cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Towels are gray when they should be white. Hotel needs a deep clean and better maintenance. Won't stay here again.

When we arrived there were really young kids running around the outside area near check in. They belonged to the front desk clerk. We get in the room and there is zero ventilation in the room so everything felt wet. Sheets, counter tops, towels etc. while taking a shower, the tub held water and so we had to stand in the water. TV didn’t work and so we asked to change rooms but instead of the double beds like we paid for, we had to move to a single. After moving rooms, the room again had the wet feeling. The sheets had some debris over them, TV didn’t work and the counters were dirty. The following day we move back to the double bed and the entry door looked like someone had previously broke into them. The room still felt wet, counters were dirty, and everything was just as the other rooms except the TV actually worked this time. Every hotel clerk ignored or seemed like it was a bother to actually have to work. It was like being at a Motel 6. Definitely will not be back.

Another persons hair all over the bathroom. My door did not lock and was told if i didnt leave my door open when i left the room we could not get back in. I did not get under the covers because the rest of the room and bathroom were so awful i didnt want to chance anything.
