"The hotel is situated by the Thames overlooking Tower Bridge. The view from the room was excellent. The check-in lady was very good, consolidating two consecutive bookings to stay in the same bridge view room. The buffet breakfast is very good including omelette service. Great stay
"It was a brilliant stay the only criticism as I am a large person it it would benefit them to remove the glass shower screen as this makes using the toilet difficult. (Fyi the shower and toilet are a wet room so this is possible)"
