We checked in on April 9. I received a text message from LaQuinta by Wyndham Sevierville/Kodak welcoming us. Message says to reply to the message if we need anything. At 9:14pm I replied stating that the room next to us had a dog barking non-stop. No reply/response. At 3:30am we were awakened by screaming, shouting and slamming doors from the room across the hall. I notified a staff member in the morning of the issues and that I would like reduction in our charges due to the disturbances. She said she would notify the manager and adjustments would be made at checkout. I submitted another reply to the text confirming notification to the staff of the issues encountered. We checked out on April 13 and there were no comments at checout regarding noise issues. The manager was not there but would be notified by Maria who processed our checkout. Still no response.
