"Location of this accommodation is very good: in the old town, close to restaurants, bars and shops. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We had room C02. This room has little privacy, because everyone walking by could see us through the windows (room lies lower than street level). And we were no fans of most of the breakfast choices offered by café Charlotte. We don’t like salads or quiche for breakfast. There was no regular butter. "The location is really good just outside of the Old Town and a few mins walk from Wawel Castle The staff were really lovely and answered all my questions and suggested things to do in the area There was a little lounge room that anyone could use that had books and DVDs to borrow, there were DVD players in the room. I didn’t use it but there was a computer and printer available to use in the lounge too Would highly recommend staying here!"
