The room was missing a remote control for one of the TVs. They didn't have one. Bought popcorn at the Little market in the hotel and the bag was opened and yet they still were trying to sell it. At breakfast, there was only 1 person who was stocking the food. The hotel was sold out and so one would think more than one staff member would be working the crowded breakfast. Milk was warm, food was not restocked, normal breakfast items like juice was not available, silverware and plates not available. The worker just kept pulling 2-4 plates from the dirty dishes and would only put them back after she cleaned them. Since we had a problem with our room, I asked for documentation of the difficulties and was told I would be reimbursed points for my stay. 8 was rudely told no - we don't do that. As a Hilton Honors member for many many years - poor service. Would look to other places to stay next time.
