"We had a garden room which was lovely and very spacious. All the staff were really friendly. The reception staff were very informative and helpful. I would like to say a special mention to the young lady who ran the bar and restaurant in the evening. She was really lovely - so much so that we decided to eat there both evenings. The food was really good both for breakfast and evening meal. Thank you for our lovely stay! "

"Highest possible recommendation for this hotel. Two of us travelling. Fantastically convenient for the sites and yet in a peaceful spot. The staff couldn’t have done more or been any more charming and thoughtful. The apartment was finished to the highest standards and the bed was particularly comfortable. "Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Living Hotel Kaiser Franz Josef im Wiener Stadtteil Döbling. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns, was jedoch überhaupt kein Nachteil ist. Direkt vom Hotel aus sind sowohl Straßenbahn, Bus als auch S-Bahn bequem erreichbar, sodass man schnell und unkompliziert ins Zentrum von Wien gelangt. "Staff were relaxed, polite and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Lovely toiletries and actually have a good hair conditioner! Could do with tea and coffee facilities in the room but not a major issue. They show a film every night in a cinema room which is a good touch as the TV has everything in German except for the news. Fabulous breakfast and a good location. Really enjoyed our stay there."
