"The hotel staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Our room was an "outside" room meaning it was not within the perimeter of the main hotel. Bed was very comfortable. On street parking availability was very challenging. To access the pool you have to pay an additional 20 euro per person which was a bit of a surprise."

"We arrived after the front desk was closed - not knowing that we would be unable to get in as no one contacted us with the entry code. Luckily we were able to call and speak with someone who gave use directions on getting the key for our room. The room was fine at a glance but did have some problems. The handle of the faucet in the shower was broken, and the shower head wouldn't stay in place, meaning we had to use the showered as a handheld piece. "Hotel du Monde staff were very helpful on arrival. Our apartment was a 5min walk from the centre,so there was easy access to places for eating. Our apartment was in a beautiful old building and it was stunning to walk into.We had an equipped small kitchen, small living space with a terrace. The bedroom boasted a beautiful 4 poster bed with tv and a roomy en suite with a power shower. Toiletries were complimentary and smelt delicious! We returned to the main hotel the next morning for breakfast. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff were very friendly as they explained the breakfast food,which was the most varied and delicious spread ive seen in a hotel. There was a vast choice of cereals,yogurts ,breads,pastries or cooked food ,and teas,coffees and juices. Everything was just perfect. We only had one night in Nantes but we would love to return to see more of this beautiful city and of course,stay longer in Hotel du Monde. 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
