"Friendly check in, we called in early to see if we could leave our bag but was told they had some rooms ready so could check straight in which was great. What wasn’t so great was I had booked an upgrade to king size city view, but someone in the booking process this hadn’t been picked up. Room ok though a little worn about paintwork etc. bathroom tiny."

"Property is conveniently situated. Rooms are small and a bit grim and dimly lit. The building is lovely but interior design leaves a lot to be desired. Everything is grey and looks drab. Trying to get an early morning shower was impossible. Water pressure at a trickle. We did complain and management adjusted our bill accordingly but Radisson need to sort this problem urgently and install booster pumps. There are better hotels to stay at. "
