"Absolutely beautiful place to stay for six nights. Hostess Karen was incredibly helpful as my wife had a broken shoulder and she went out of her way to make her comfortable. Highly recommended, no problems at all, if fact extremely enjoyable stay in a glorious setting."

"It is a good place for a short stay. It seems some rooms are tiny. I got a small room which is only enough to put a double bed. My advice is to confirm the room size before you book. "

"The property is actually quite nice, it is well presented. Although I did not receive any check in information prior to my arrival, I had to wait in the rain at 10pm at night for around 15 mins waiting for somebody to answer the phone to give me the lockbox combination. Once I gained access to the property, there was no actual key that is given, all you get is a combination lock that is shared with another flat. I did not feel secure in the property, all my expensive items had to be taken into...

"The beds were extremely clean and very comfortable. The hosts were really welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and warm. I would recommend that more blinds or curtains are placed on windows (upstairs hallway, bathroom) and some plumbing fixtures need attention (bath, downstairs toilet flush). Also, I was taken by surprise by the constant visitors in the back garden, where clean sheets for other houses are stored. They would let themselves in, without notice, right outside the patio doors....

"It was a pleasant experience right from the moment we walked through the door. Instructions sent on time so there was no entry hussle and a guide folder with easy to understand instructions on how to use everything within the house. The house was very clean as well, smelt lovely and the back garden... So calming. It was definitely a home away from home experience. Definitely our main go to any time we come to visit the UK."
