"A good apartment, nice sized rooms and well appointed kitchen (no oven though). Spa area very nice and standards in the apartments all good. Only downside is no internet in any of the apartments which is very poor in this day and age. It is located a little away from the centre, but a regular (free bus service) is at the road end, there is large supermarket a short walk away and several places to eat nearby including pizza takeaway. "Overall very good. Father & son ski holiday. Pros Ski in and out excellent facility with excellent storage for ski gear - once you work out where to enter off the slope. Simple clean spacious if not dated decor. The flat has a nice layout and you can spend a week here comfortably & contrary to other reviews reception is very helpful (esp Anna) when its open. "Spacious apartment. Lots of storage space. Slightly small living/dining area/kitchen when compared with the rest of the apartment. Needs good of snow cover to be truly ski in/ski out. With only the pistes covered it was a 5 minute walk. Some nice add-ons - pool table in reception and communal washing machines and dryer. "

"We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. Rooms were dirty, walls were damaged, juicy or vomit on the floor, the sofa was badly stained and super dirty, toilet was licking and made a bad noise all night, sheets were dirty, no hair drier, no basic hygiene objects, with stinky hair and with a lot of small hauls, the shower didn' t work because the hot water...

"I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!"

"Very dirty. There was mold in the bathroom and was generally very run down. I felt like I was back in the college dorms, but worse. They were surprised we didn't travel with towels (apparently this is a think in Europe). They charged us 18 Euros for one towel that we then had to share between 4 people for the week. There is no pool and it's 10 euros to use the spa one time. The keys don't work if another key is in the lock (another thing that must be common). One of our roommates had to sleep in...

Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein, so daß kein größeres Gepäck noch reinpassen (max. kleine Reisetasche). Die Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern werden für 7 Personen angegeben. Von uns aus, passen max. 4 Personen rein, da das Wohnzimmer als Lagerplatz für das Gepäck und Skisachen benötigt wird. Klopapier mitbringen oder vor Ort kaufen !! Böden in den Schränken waren zum Teil nicht fest, so dass diese nicht...

"Goed hotel. Tweede seizoen en het draait vlekkeloos. Halfpension was goed. Keuze uit menukaart of dagmenu. Ontbijt uitstekend. Elke dag flesje water en koffiecups.goede bedden. Ik had gelukkig een skilocker. Dat schijnt niet altijd het geval te zijn. Dus niets op aan te merken, ik heb twee heerlijke weken gehad"
