"Parking was easy at a cost. Room was great with river views. I would normally give a 5/5 however I feel the staff in the coffee shop/bar/restaurant let the hotel down. Most of the staff were very busy talking to each other and left guests waiting until they went up and had to asked for service. I thought it was just the italian way until I saw a few Italian guests go up and asked to be served. The food could be better as well. Only a small thing as the laurel is attached to a Shopping centre...

"No Air conditioning. The room was too hot to sleep if day temperatures are 37C. I am not sure why Expedia lists it on the top even hot summer days."

"Chambre en sous sol mais ça allait. Simple vitrage mais à l’arrière pas de bruit. Personnel disponible et bon petit déjeuner avec un belle quantité pour tout le monde."

"Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was no safety deposit box in the room and they did not provide hand towels. But this was fixed by asking for an extra towel at the front desk which we used for the duration of our stay. There was also only one pillow per person."

"Schönes altes Hotel direkt gegenüber der Brasserie Georges. Personal super nett und hilfreich - unsere Fahrräder wurden sicher im Seminarraum verwahrt. Die unmittelbare Gegend (Unterführung) ist nicht ganz so toll, aber man ist schnell ein paar Straßen weiter wo es schön ist."
