"The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly; check-in was a breeze. I liked that the room I had was a studio apartment. However, the kitchen could be equipped with basic condiments like salt, pepper and cooking oil. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I slept well. The hotel is a 35-40min walk from the train station, but you could take buses also."

"We stayed in the island lodge. The lodge itself is very nice, only downpoint of the actual lodge is lack of storage space in the kitchen. My biggest complaints about this place were 1. When making the booking it NEVER mentioned that the only way to access your lodge is via a small rowing boat. I kid you not. I was with a family of 5, and none of us had ever rowed a boat a day in our lives. Had i known this upfront i would never have booked this lodge. THIS ROOM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH...

"Very convenient location next to Almere Centraal railway station. There are good shopping possibilities in the opposite side of the station. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was not included in the rate but it was priced reasonably, so we paid for it couple of days. The room was very spacious with two beds big enough for two people. The beds were comfortable, pillows maybe not so. In Dutch style the room was a bit cold but the blanket warm. Room day cleaning was by request only. "
