It was a great place to stay for arriving late or leaving super early and still being pampered for a decent room rate (it's right next door to the Melia, which is a sister property). "No wash clothes for the shower.
Lighting exceptional poor in the bathrooms. Can not shave without good lighting.
Shower head is over head. Can not take a shower without washing hair. Not everyone washes their hair daily.

"The hotel is clearly still going through teething problems, so I would expect issues for the next 2–3 months while things settle.
What I found difficult to accept was not just any problem itself, but the lack of acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused to guests. For example, there was a serious leak that required the water mains to be shut off. The message to guests was essentially, “We have called the utility company and it should be sorted eventually.”
