"Good property, there is a bar across the street that is open on Friday and Saturday. It is really loud on those nights until around 6am, the rest of the week the nights are quite."

"I just returned from my first visit to Puerto Rico. I can’t give enough kudos to Maricruz the proprietor of Hugo’s. She welcomed us, and was prompt with communication. She even helped us find reliable transportation for our excursion. It’s not a fancy place, but was clean and had the down home kind of vibe that I prefer. Excellent location and hospitality. "Liked we had our own parking. Liked having extra towels. Liked how secure the doors were. Liked the washers and dryers even tho this trip I didn’t need them, but maybe next time. Liked the curtain over our front door. Liked the brand new iron. Liked the hot water in the shower. Didn’t like that our remote was broken, didn’t like the light above the bed, it was too close and I kept hitting my head with it. Lol "

"Since Puerto Rico doesn’t have traditional all-inclusive resorts, we did quite a bit of research before deciding on El Conquistador. The property itself is absolutely beautiful—the grounds are expansive and well-kept, and the view from our room was out of this world. That said, the food and drink options were just okay. "Everything was fantastic at the hyatt, staff overall was warm and pleasant. The beach/ pool/ area around the property is absolutely beautiful. The only thing that we didnt expect was the additional $65 dollars a day from booking with a third party (expedia). Originally our package was about $1100, we were very surprised to see a checkout bill for an additional $1000, 500 being this hotel booking fee.
