Staff members are friendly and the morning breakfast was quite good. It was a hot day in Steyr reaching near 27-29c, and the room stayed warm till evening. "We stayed at this Gasthof because we were visiting Linz and waited too long to book. I'm happy we discovered this location - the countryside is beautiful and the overnighting was convenient and comfortable. The breakfast was definitely the best part :) The room was clean and comfortable, no complaints about the service. We did notice a bit of commuter traffic on the weekday morning, but it was not bad. If you can ask for a room near the back, you might not notice at all. Again, no complaints....

"This hotel is a hidden gem! I don't think you can get better conditions (swimming pool, saunas, steam room, lovely breakfast) and frendlier staff for the price. "Heavy bedding even though summer. Room windows had been left open by staff during day and lot of little flying insects (mozzies) had got in when returned to room at night. Tea/coffee facilities, fridge and some bathroom shampoos and soaps would have been nice for such a high rated hotel. Staff pleasant enough on checkin. "
