"Cute little hotel. Recent renovations were comfortable if not a little sparse. The little beach area was quiet and had plenty of seating and areas for the guests. Beautiful sunset and views onto the bay side. It is definitely not a huge chain resort which was why we liked it."

"The ocean view from our room in building 5, on the third floor was amazing! We liked being near the beach and the pool. The pool was clean and well kept. Our suite was clean and comfortable. One of the showers had an issue with the handle that controls the temperature. There was also not usable cutting board. Other than those two complaints, everything met or exceeded our needs. "This hotel has a freeway on one side and a waterway on the other. The canal is full of fish sharks and dolphin and manatee. Amazing! But the freeway roars the whole time. And some of the staff would not allow me to have a towel without leaving my ID. And they were often rude and dismissive. The property texted me to see if I would be checking in early. "We did really enjoy this place. Room and property were clean. I was however frustrated and disappointed that the pool closes at 6pm. One of the things we enjoy most on vacation is swimming at night. 6pm? Way to expensive of a resort to not to be able to use the pool late in the evenings. This is nearly a deal breaker for our familly"

"Everything was lovely except I felt rushed on my departure date. A front desk representative knocked around 9am to find out what time I was leaving. If your check out policy is 11am, you should not knock on people’s door to find out what time they are planning on leaving. It doesn’t feel like a luxurious experience when you do.
