"Good place to sleep for people that hate carpets on the floor "

"The room was great - good bed and shower and very quiet with the balcony doors closed. Outstanding location just off Plaza del Sol. Hotel occupies 3rd and 4th floor of a multi tenant building which is kind of unusual and the elevator is 8 square feet (2 people & 2 bags cannot fit into it). No free coffee (€1 and you have to pay with your phone using a QR code) but many coffee options nearby. All in all a good place to stay."

"Arrived early and was able to bring bags to room. Just enough amenities to make the short time spent in rooms comfortable."

"The only issue I had was checking in. It was not difficult, but lengthy. We didn't have the correct app, or WiFi which made it a bit difficult. If your phone dies while you are out, you won't get in. Secondly you can't get in the room until exactly 3:00. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and was a short walk to the train. It was my first experience with self check in and would do it again now that I know what to do. Would be nice if it was easier to check in."

"El hotel está bien, ya que tenía lo justo y necesario (excepto un secador de pelo). Está en una buena zona y nosotras nos alojamos allí ya que teníamos un concierto en el Wizink Center. Si vas a un concierto, te recomiendo este hotel, pero si tu idea es estar bastante tiempo en la habitación, quizás cogería otro."

"Hotel para viaje rapido y de trabajo. Es practico y limpio, pero a la hora del checking para pagar los gastos de limpieza es muy lioso."

"Me gusto mucho la ubicación, un lugar muy agradable, limpio, bonito en mi opinion los unico que falto es que coloquen cobija en la cama, asi sea primavera-verano en la noxhe se siente frio y no hay como protegerse del frio. Eso fue lo unico que no me gusto porque senti frio y tuve que arroparme con la toalla y aun asi sentia frio."

"El servicio del personal es terrible, reserve por emergencia pero quien atiende la línea telefónica definitivamente no debería estar ahí súper despota y grosero al final solucionaron porque expedía me iba a reubicar pero tardaron más de 5 horas en recibirme en el hospedaje, la habitación es muy pequeña no funciona el wifi y está muy sucio todo en general "

"solo estuvimos unas 8 horas hospedados para descansar antes de tomar un largo vuelo, dude un poco de mi reserva por por no me llegaron las indicaciones del check in, no tienen recepcion pero me contacte con la propiedad y me mandaron el acceso, muy bien todo, regresaría!"

"Pas de personnel sur place mais communication très efficace plusieurs jours avant le séjour. L’entrée dans l’immeuble et dans la chambre est très simple avec les codes donnés. Chambre propre, agréable, climatisation si besoin, literie confortable, pas de bruit. Le jour du départ une adresse de bagagerie de l’hôtel est envoyé sur demande avec code de sécurité c’était parfait."

"Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....
