"Was overall super impressed with the hotel. Location was a block off Main Street so very quiet. Staff were super amazing and friendly. Breakfast was a big surprise as they had many amazing options to eat. Was nice that juice and water were available 24 hours a day. I will recommend hotel to everyone I know coming this way. Will definitely stay here again. Oh and a bonus is that it’s two blocks from Sunday night market "

"Very nice place. Queen size beds in a 4 bed dorm was interesting but we were in the room and the AC was great. My only negative comment is that you can hear everything on the street, no noise cancelation at all. "

"Das Hotel liegt zentral und hat ein schönes Ambiente. Das Frühstück bietet für Vegetarier wenige Alternativen. Aber alle sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Speziell die Rezeption ist wirklich toll besetzt."

"This is was an excellent stay and it is a family run business. It is in the heart of chiang mai. Tons if restaurants, coffee shops and massage clinics near by. The morning breakfast is great and you choose from her menu. She is very accommodating and the husband runs the coffee shop. Great coffee. They have a mango tree and a nice dog too. She can suggest places to see and organize taxis too if you need. "

"We had a good time in the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was huge (and I’m used to sleeping in king beds) and the bathroom had everything we needed. The hotel has charm and the inner garden was also a great sight when you got out of the room. I would stay there again if I could !"

"Checkin was perfect, staff was very courteous and answered all our questions. The room was lovely and clean. During our stay, the staff tidied up our room and replaced our towels even though we didn’t need them to. The included breakfast choices were all delicious and plentiful. Their barista made great coffee drinks. The front desk were helpful in giving advice on taxis services available. "

"Great boutique hotel in the middle of Old City, a short stroll to the Thapae Walking street ( Sunday Markets) as well as the many beautiful temples in the area. Close also to a couple of 7 -11's as well as cafes and restaurants. Staff were great and the accommodations were very comfortable!"
