"The property was in a fabulous location and staff were very friendly. I didn’t get a response when asking for the best way to get to the hotel from the airport despite chasing. We had water in the room upon arrival but it wasn’t replenished which was a bit disappointing. But I would recommend the hotel, the room was ready early and they were very helpful on site."

Hotel in great location - very close to St Mark's Square, shopping, dining, gelato; but one street over to avoid the chaos and noise. Great gondola stop right outside! Hotel has a bar off the main lobby - recommend the Hugo Spritz!"

"10/10 recommend and will stay here if I ever come back to Venice! I booked a very basic room on the first night (emergency) but it felt luxurious. I have an upgraded room for 2 more nights and I already know it will be amazing. The room smells delightful when you walk in. The front desk is so kind and helpful. And the hotel has lots of small touches….free water refills, nespresso machines in each room, breakfast buffet but they make your coffee and eggs to order. Absolutely perfect and feels...
