"Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Klimaanlage ist schon sehr laut, aber diese kann man ausstellen. Immer wenn wir im Zimmer waren, haben wir die Klimaanlage ausgestellt. Mir persönlich ist das auch zu kalt. Das Hotel ist an einer Straße gelegen und man hört die vorbei fahrenden Fahrzeuge im Zimmer (wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Seite nahe der Straße). Pool staff also amazing ! we also had a room at the front of the hotel and had the pleasure of a private quartet and opera singing below our room on our last night !! Will be going back for sure 🇮🇹❤️"

Es fehlt nach der geplatzten Übernahme durch Mandarin Oriental an gutem Management. Auf dem Zimmer war eine Willkommenskarte für einen anderen Gast und es gibt keine einheitlichen Servicestandards.
