"Staff very accommodating despite our inability to speak Italian. Staff patient and cordial and pleasant. Very welcoming. Their shuttle to the airport was easy and professional. We used the train to tour Venice for 2 nights and this was an easy walk, inexpensive, and fun. BRAVO!!!"

"Clean rooms and helpful stuff. We could leave our luggage before check in and stay in the outdoor pool after checkout and take a shower at the pool-house. Very good resturant with a free suttle service nearby. The air conditioner in one room was too weak for summer, in another room was excellent. The 15 euro fee for airport shuttle for one person seem alot since it is a 3 min. drive."

"We had the most wonderful stay and have already recommended the hotel to friends. The rooftop and pool cocktails were fabulous, breakfasts were delicious. "Great place to stay on Venice with water shuttle operating every 20 minutes to San Marco square except from 1-2 pm. I would recommend that the hotel staff shuttle so there is no midday break. They also need to increase staff at front desk during heavy check in hours. Please note you need reservations to use the pool and use limited to 2 hours and hotel charges 40 euros to use the jacuzzi/whirlpool in the spa and reservations also required with time limit"
