"Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Klimaanlage ist schon sehr laut, aber diese kann man ausstellen. Immer wenn wir im Zimmer waren, haben wir die Klimaanlage ausgestellt. Mir persönlich ist das auch zu kalt. Das Hotel ist an einer Straße gelegen und man hört die vorbei fahrenden Fahrzeuge im Zimmer (wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Seite nahe der Straße). "Beautiful property beautiful staff Fabio, Ivan, If , and the blonde at the front desk incredible service ! Rooftop restaurant was fabulous with incredible views ! Pool staff also amazing ! we also had a room at the front of the hotel and had the pleasure of a private quartet and opera singing below our room on our last night !! Will be going back for sure 🇮🇹❤️"

Es fehlt nach der geplatzten Übernahme durch Mandarin Oriental an gutem Management. Auf dem Zimmer war eine Willkommenskarte für einen anderen Gast und es gibt keine einheitlichen Servicestandards. "Great, not directly in Venice, so you won't have to carry luggage through the streets or on a water shuttle. But if you arrive early you will have to rent lockers for your luggage or wait for your room. Breakfast was a great buffet and staff was really helpful with tips to navigate the city."
