"10/10 recommend and will stay here if I ever come back to Venice! I booked a very basic room on the first night (emergency) but it felt luxurious. I have an upgraded room for 2 more nights and I already know it will be amazing. The room smells delightful when you walk in. The front desk is so kind and helpful. And the hotel has lots of small touches….free water refills, nespresso machines in each room, breakfast buffet but they make your coffee and eggs to order. Absolutely perfect and feels...

"Great way to be in Murano+Venice and avoid the madding crowds in Venice. Lovely grounds, a private water taxi will take you to their private dock. rooftop terrace. All good!"

"The staff were excellent and arranged for our transfer to the cruise terminal. The front desk doubles as concierge services and gave us excellent tips and recommendations. The rooms are very clean and the shower was very nice with one flaw. The floor was slippery so ask for a mat and they are available. Overall a 9/10 and 10/10 for staff and 10/10 for breakfast."

I don't know if they feel that because they are always wearing suits they need to be arrogant and disregard customer's presence or requests. Very unpleasant.
