"Overall, we were happy with our stay. The hotel was nice and in a fantastic location close to San Marco. Our junior suite with canal view was pleasantly spacious. We were traveling with our adult son and had plenty of room to function and move about freely. The breakfast was included however very basic. "The hotel was in a good location, the staff was friendly and they had a good breakfast. However the breakfast room was full of mosquitoes and the entire floor we stayed in smelled strongly like cigarettes even though it’s non-smoking and my wife had trouble sleeping due to the noise outside."

"This hotel was such an amazing find! We loved every second of our stay, so we decided to extend it by two more nights! Everyone we met on the staff at the front desk, restaurants/bars, and on the maid service were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We felt absolutely pampered! We had a rough travel journey and were immediately greeted with much needed ice cold lemon water and someone to carry our bags to our room.
