"新しいホテルだったのでとても綺麗だったし快適に過ごせた。朝食も大変満足のいくものでした。ただ、アメニティ類や、ティシュなどが全くなく、シャンプー、トリートメント、ドライヤー、トイレットペーパーのみで、ポットやコップなどもないのに驚きました。あとシャワールームが完全に個室になっていなくて壁が半分で足元も少しの段差しかなかったのでシャワーの水の排水が追いつかず溢れそうで困りました。海外ってそんなものなのかな？と思いましたが全体的にはとても快適で楽しい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。"

"I reserved a room with a Venice view, and I'm glad I did. The room was large, with a glass partition between the shower and the bedroom. With the large window beyond, it made the mood quite special. Everything was lovely and clean, but... the mattress was terrible--memory foam so lumpy, it should have been replaced long ago, along with the four pillows that, conversely, were like rocks. "What a fantastic stay! The rooms were impeccably clean, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. One highlight for me was the incredibly comfortable and supportive mattress. As someone with back problems, getting a good night's sleep after a long journey was invaluable. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to stay here again when I return to Venice."

"Excellent friendly staff. Good breakfast. Did not like the over the bath shower. I have arthritis and getting into and then out of the bath to have a shower was difficult, even dangerous. There were no grab rails and the shampoo and conditioner were at the far end of the bath, totally wrong position. Also the bath plug was broken and needed to be replaced. Staff dealt with this very quickly and efficiently and were apologetic. In summary, excellent staff, poor room."
