"This hotel was such an amazing find! We loved every second of our stay, so we decided to extend it by two more nights! Everyone we met on the staff at the front desk, restaurants/bars, and on the maid service were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We felt absolutely pampered! We had a rough travel journey and were immediately greeted with much needed ice cold lemon water and someone to carry our bags to our room. We got a tour of the property where the restaurants and amenities were explained,...

"En general bien aunque deben mejorar. Una ocasión no nos hicieron limpieza completa en la habitación y fue muy desagradable regresar de pasear y entrar al cuarto y encontrarlo hecho a medias. Lo bueno es que nos compensaron al reducirnos un poco el precio final a pagar por dicha situación."

"We lived in grand suite grand canal view with balcony. Love the balcony that we can enjoy the view on 3 direction. Room is nice love the decoration, bathroom is big but the bath tub is little bit clogged. Staff is professional, and friendly. The breakfast is ok ,it does not match the price, Expedia said we only need to pay city tax on site, but actually there will be an additional service charge in the bill."
