"Great Hotel but very near to a Lagoon which when we went was Feeding time for the Mosquitos, bitten over 40 times, not pleasant even with the doors and windows shut. Maybe its better when its not so hot, it was 39 degrees for the 2 days there."

"The property was in a fabulous location and staff were very friendly. I didn’t get a response when asking for the best way to get to the hotel from the airport despite chasing. We had water in the room upon arrival but it wasn’t replenished which was a bit disappointing. But I would recommend the hotel, the room was ready early and they were very helpful on site."

"The rooms could use some updating but the location is fabulous. Breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were there during the heat and the A/C STRUGGLED to maintain even a 70°F room, which is part of what needs updating. It’s an old old building and I understand the difficulty in maintaining and updating a building like that. Bathroom was great - very spacious. Location and staff is why I would go back."

"The hotel is very clean and the property is well maintained. It is located steps away from the Tronchetto water bus station and is ideal for those travelers looking to be close to the airport yet still minutes away from the Grand Canal. The hotel had many cruise passengers who were sailing from Ravenna. The bus from Venice to Ravenna is minutes away from the hotel. The rooms are small but overall i feel that is expected in Europe."
