"Overall, we were happy with our stay. The hotel was nice and in a fantastic location close to San Marco. Our junior suite with canal view was pleasantly spacious. We were traveling with our adult son and had plenty of room to function and move about freely. The breakfast was included however very basic. En el anuncio de Expedia está estipulado que tenía que solicitar la limpieza de la habitación y el cambio de toallas y sábanas, no que tenía que pagar un extra. Solicitamos el cambio de toallas y no lo hicieron la primera vez. Amablemente se disculparon y lo hicieron al dia siguiente pero el daño a la experiencia y al confort ya estaba hecho. Volvería? "This hotel was such an amazing find! We loved every second of our stay, so we decided to extend it by two more nights! Everyone we met on the staff at the front desk, restaurants/bars, and on the maid service were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We felt absolutely pampered!
