"The hotel and the property were gorgeous. It was a beautiful respite from the crowds of Venice. Concierge was very helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room didn’t work during our hot, two night stay. The lights flickered on and off frequently. The maintenance staff tried to fix the air conditioner after the first night with no success. The thermostat beeped incessantly all night after the attempted repair."

"very nice stay. we only had the afternoon to spend after getting off a cruise. this made a convenient stop from our bus drop off. easy water bus to St Marks and a quick taxi ride to the airport. room was clean and spacious and the staff very helpful"
