"We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had one issue when we discovered that the sofa bed sheets were not clean. We reported it to the staff, and they replaced the sheets promptly. We also had to request a blanket, bedsheets, and pillows for the all beds. Compared with other hotels, I believe these are basic items that should already be provided. "10/10 recommend and will stay here if I ever come back to Venice! I booked a very basic room on the first night (emergency) but it felt luxurious. I have an upgraded room for 2 more nights and I already know it will be amazing. The room smells delightful when you walk in. The front desk is so kind and helpful. And the hotel has lots of small touches….free water refills, nespresso machines in each room, breakfast buffet but they make your coffee and eggs to order. Absolutely perfect and feels...
