"Room was beautiful. Customer Service was great. My only complaint was the firmness of the bed. It was way too hard and made my back sore. The pillows reminded me of uncomfortable hospital pillows. Other than that I would definitely stay again."

"Toilet paper holder is in a weird place. There was no info given about the time of pool open/close at check in. The light message on the phone was flashing red with no instructions as to how to get it to stop. Pool and hot tub were nice and room was clean."
