"Beautiful well appointed property close to theaters and a quick train or bus ride to many museums and historical sites. Lots of restaurants close by including a scone restaurant next door - scones were absolutely delicious! We were greeted every day by Anthony who ensured our day got off to a wonderful start! All of the staff were kind and very professional."

"Although early check-in was offered and I received confirmation that it was accepted when I arrived at the hotel, we were told it was subject to availability. If this is the case, don't even send multiple emails offering these options.
The staff person who checked us in was not helpful. Did not offer us multiple key cards and was very dismissive."

"The property is well maintained and in a great, central location. The only mild complaints I would have, would be that the front desk staff could have been more knowable about getting around the area and the room glasses, cups, mugs were not replaced with clean ones."

"The property was in a great location, it was clean, and the staff was great. If you travel to the UK or Europe in general often, the lack of AC won’t bother you as it’s standard amongst hotels; that’s my only warning to American guests. Great place to stay and big bang for your buck!"

The Langham, London22,5 km từ Mawneys

"Overall, the Langham is a wonderful hotel with very attentive staff. The only thing I encountered during my day was that several of the common areas in the hotel, including the Palm Court and the Wigmore Pub hosted private parties and were therefore closed to hotel guests. This was inconvenient; hotel guests were not even allowed to walk through those spaces to get to other parts of the hotel! Considering the price paid for a room I expected to to be able to use all of the hotel’s facilities...
