"The best part about staying here was the well equipped kitchenette. It was very helpful to be able to cook and store food while staying in Zurich. There are pans, crockery and cutlery in the room. The room was a small studio and there is some large furniture which made it a bit cramped for two people. "The apartment was ok. The dishes were not impeccable clean but I’m used to wash them before I use them anyway. Do not expect anything else more than 2 bottles of water, shampoo and cream. No dishwasher soap. No coffee. No laundry soap but washer and dryer were good and free. We only spent 2 nights there. Bed was comfy. We liked the location. There is a Coop market around the corner. "

The response from management was very rapid but the provision of a reed diffuser did little to assuage the issue despite best intentions. "The location is about 1 km away from the center, but it is not a big problem since it is close to the parks to visit in the region. It is very close to public transportation. Cleaning is very successful. Pillows are very thin and uncomfortable. Home comfort provided. We were very pleased."

"My room was like walking in to a Swatch watch. There were some fun extras like being able to change the colour of the light in the shower. It was a comfortable room and I was able to get work done on the desk and using the Wifi.
