"Our room was so "futuristic" in design and function. The bed was comfortable and we had all the space that we needed for our short stay in Zurich. The hotel was in an excellent area to tour the city. The staff were amazing. They were courteous, friendly and professional. They were extremely helpful ..."

"Ich war über Jahre Stammgast in diesem Hotel. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind nach wie vor großartig. Bis auf die Bäder sind die Zimmer allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Änderung des Spa Bereiches ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Fliesen sind glatt und für gehbehinderte etwas schwierig. ..."
