"Great location right by the Interlaken West Train station. My room was too hot, couldn’t lower the temperature any more. The room itself was good, had everything that you would need. Breakfast was very good."

"Our stay at the hotel was excellent. Very good and cooperative staff. The hotel is also located within walking distance to the city center. The rooms were neat and clean as well as the staff was highly helpful for all support required."
