"After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary....

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"This is a very nice hotel, it’s modern and a short walk to marina and beach. We stayed in the apartment, it was nicely decorated with a small kitchen. It has a beautiful pool, which is rare for a hotel in the town of Castellammare. There is no breakfast included or a coffee. You can buy coffee pods for your coffee maker to use in your room. "

"It’s a beautiful place and the view is amazing. The rooms are a bit small but that’s generally the case in Europe. The only issue we had was the shower. It has two issues: a handheld wand that I had to rig to stay up and at an angle so not to shoot out of the shower, and the shower curtain which allowed water to flood the bathroom floor no matter what you did. It was also really small making it difficult to wash up. "

"InCanto was a great choice for our stay in Palermo. Very central location, easy walk to any part of the city center. The staff was kind, very good communication, what i really appreciate as i was driving there and they help me a lot to get in to a safe place to park. The room was huge, the quality of everything bed, the breakfast, bath products was great. I loved the cheese toast, the mermelada and the oat milk cappuccino. They are very attentive and care about each detailed. I hoghly recommend this place. "
