"Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Angefangen von den sehr dünnen Wänden und deshalb lauten Zimmer, bis hin zu einem sehr unaufmerksamen Personal. Wenn man ein Anliegen hatte konnte das selten gelöst werden. Die kleinsten Dinge waren immer ‚against the rules‘. Bis auf Ana an der Rezeption hat sich niemand wirklich gekümmert. Auch der Service im Hauptrestaurant war ziemlich schlecht. Man hatte das Gefühl als ob das Personal absolut keine Lust hatte oder kein Englisch verstand....

"Séjour agréable et excellent rapport qualité/prix. Quelques efforts à faire sur le petit-déjeuner (peu varié et assez limité). Il manque aussi davantage de signalisation : j’ai tourné 30 minutes dans le quartier avant de trouver l’entrée de l’hôtel. Le personnel est dans l’ensemble souriant est sympathique (a de rares exceptions près). Le WIFI est OK. "

"Having just spent the past two weeks at Sands Suites Resort and Spa for a special occasion, the property, facilities, food, but primarily the staff exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived after our 12hr direct LGW to SSR International, we were greeted individually by the Hotel Manager, offered breakfast overlooking the pool and Tamarin Bay by the wonderful reception and restaurant staff, and then provided a personalised tour of the complex and the room before settling...

"Personal an der Rezeption grundlos unfreundlich. Ich reise mit meinem 5 jährigen Sohn- was am Empfang direkt als „Störfaktor“ gesehen wurde. Null Hilfsbereitschaft jeglicher Richtung. Die Pools sind trotz Beschreibung nicht beheizt. Das Hotel steht halb leer. Strand sehr mässig. Die Zimmer sehr hellhörig- man hört abends den Nachbar reden. Buffet Abends extrem dünn. Ich bin froh das ich im Anschluss ein anderes Hotel gebucht habe und weiss das es nicht an Mauritius selbst, sondern am Hotel...

Camera spaziosa che necessita di qualche ritocchino ma nel complesso confortevole, grande e perfetta anche per un bimbo di quasi 2 anni. Posizione comodissima a pochi passi dal mare a da Gran Baie. Presenti ristoranti nella zona"
