"Acomodação ótima com um café da manhã maravilhoso. Apesar de não ser tão novo, o hotel está em boas condições e tudo funcionando direitinho. Recepção muito cortês, elevador, quartos limpos e confortáveis. Apesar de ser um hotel 3 estrelas, o café da manhã é superior a um de 5 estrelas! Buffet aberto com uma variedade de frutas, pratos quentes, pães, doces e adereços, cereais frios e quentes, sucos (um pouco aguado). "When I arrived at the property and saw my room, I was in shock because it was nothing like the pictures online. The room was terrible and so small one could barely walk between the bed and wall. I went back to the reception and they apologized and said that it was a glitch on the system and that I actually had booked the deluxe room. The deluxe room was no better than their standard room and I told the manager that their pictures online were very misleading and I was not going to stay in the...

"I think the hotel looks nicer than it is. Parking is.limited always chaotic in front of the reception, people at rhe front desk dont speak english, breakfast buffet quality was absolutely below expectations, lots of variety but quality was mediocre. AC in the room was a bit slow. Pool and jacuzis ars small and limited I would say. People kept bumping at each other eslecially when they try to to aquatic gym with an intructore with 20 people in that small pool."
