"The apartment is in a superb location in Avoriaz and as were were travelling with two young children this was a priority. However that apartment itself is very small for a family of 4 especially having a travel cot and the only space for our daughter to sleep was in the main living area which wasn't ideal as it left nowhere for us to sit once she had gone to bed. Putting that to one side we could have lived with the size if it had been clean. When we arrived the flat really spelt terribly of...

"Very friendly and helpful service. Hôtel is conveniently located and the small spa is nice (although no pool). Food options however are limited. Breakfast is decent but avoid half board. The ground floor restaurant basically reuses left over breakfast items! "

"Surpris!!!!! Nous avons réservé sur HOTEL.COM une nuit dans cet hotel, la veille, nous regardons la route pur nous y rendre et là, surprise, la route est fermé à cause de la neige. Nous appelons donc l'hotel qui nous explique qu'en periode hivernale, l'hotel n'est pas accessible en voiture, mais uniquement par les pistes de ski!!!! Précision NON noté sur le site au moment de la reservation. NOus contactons alors hOTEL.COM qui se sont mis en relation avec l'hotel et à notre grand étonnement,...
