"Paid for a superior "Design Room" at the property This was located right next to the communal kitchen with an internal window linking the two. "Casa Howard was great. Great service, delicious breakfast, clean and organized. Internet works very well. I would only recommend to isolate the sound coming from the main office and living room to the rooms nearby, and probably the doorbell as well. Since when someone is in the living room or ringing the doorbell, the sound permeated the inside of the rooms."

"The staff are efficient and manages the property well. We enjoyed their breakfast. I loved chatting with Isidro who served us breakfast. The neighborhood is safe but far from the most of main attractions including La Candelaria. During the weekdays at night, there are some noises from the nearby parking lot. During the weekend starting Friday, there are terrible music played outside till approximately 1 a.m. I hope the hotel put some efforts to curb these music from nearby vendors. "
