"It was an exceptional hotel with an excellent customer service and amazing facilities. Breakfast was never the best. Everything served was great food. Even a white toast might give you a different taste. You won’t regret it. Amazing facilities such as onsen, sauna, cold water whirlpool, Massage chairs, and the special skincare products by Kosé. "

"まずプライベート空間がしっかり確保されていて、家族３人の時間を満喫することができました。 スタッフの方々の対応も迅速かつ丁寧で、安心して過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。 お肉は量が多くて食べきれないかもって思いましたが、とても美味しくて平らげました。残念だったのが、ミネストローネは味が薄くて残してしまいました。もう少し煮詰めれば良かったのかもしれません。 サウナと温泉ももちろん良かったですが、特に焚き火が楽しかったです。スペースも広く、のんびりと寛ぐ事ができました。 雨も降り雷も光りましたが、テントからみるその景色は自然を感じることが出来ました。 綺麗な富士山を眺めながら、贅沢な滞在時間を過ごす事が出来ました。"

"富士山登山の前日にログコテージに3人で宿泊しました。コテージの室内はベッドだけの簡素なものでしたが、エアコンも電源もあり、十分です。翌日が本番なので、キャンプを楽しむ予定はありませんでしたが近くのスーパーでBBQ用の野菜セットと肉を買って行ってサクッとBBQを楽しむ事ができました。お風呂が広くて綺麗でびっくり。トイレも建物内の綺麗なトイレもあったり、電子レンジも使えたりと痒いところに手が届いている素晴らしい施設でした。お陰様で充分、英気を養い、翌日は力一杯、富士山登山ができました。また利用したいと思います。"

"A basic inn, but staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful and our mountain view rooms were spectacular. A bit of a distance from the station, but worth it to be so close to Fuji. Walk to many restaurants."
