"This hotel was a blast to stay at. Not situated close to the city, it still offered a lot for the location. Situated in the middle of the transit run, it will either bring you back to town or all the way to the gondola terminal, where you can either go on the volcano or take a ferri on the lake. I would strongly suggest to get the city pass for the transit to enjoy all the attraction for 1 price."

"The receptionist is terrible, not friendly, like they don't welcome foreigners. I feel very bad. As for the accommodations. The hot water in the bathroom cannot be turned on for a long time. The water will be hot for a while and then cool. Must be turned on and off periodically."
