"Kelly is a boss. Will return. The goats and the sheep are great. Very healing! The breakfast is epic. The host Kelly and the staff are professional and above and beyond professionals. I would suggest two things that are easy to attain for future improvement—not complaining. a) Please watch for animal/pet/farm animal hair in food. We ate all the food but picked out some hair :) Perhaps a better vacuum or pets to be separated from the cooking area. b) I think the faucet upgrade on both...

"Our grandson recently visited, and we were fortunate to secure a room for him at Painted Turtle. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making him feel welcome and comfortable. "The spot was a great location for an overnight stay next to the ferry. Good location for some dining options. We stayed here during a snow storm and the only thing that sucked was their parking lot did not get plowed once while we stayed. Luckily it wasn't busy so it did not matter where we parked but it made getting in and out of the parking lot quite difficult. "

"Check in was quick and both the checkin and checkout staff was very helpful. The room was clean and even though we had a room in the front it was quiet. There were lots of electrical plugs, especially by the beds, so no issue in plugging in my husband's breather and our cell phones and tablets. Only thing I missed was, although there was coffee provided, there wasn't any tea bags and I forgot to bring some."
