We let them know the ceiling fan was not working and the next time we returned to our room after going off for the day, we found that they had brought us several oscillating fans and placed them in the room which was very appreciated and made the stay enjoyable. "This was a wonderful place to stay in the “Little Switzerland “ area of Luxembourg. Easy access to a lot of great hikes. The restaurant was very good. I want to commend the staff for their care after I took a fall on a hike. They searched for bandages and were genuinely concerned for my well being. Throughly recommend this hotel. "
