Liked: great cleaning staff, clean room, acroos street from Naha Main Place, good location.
Disliked: beds hard as a rock, in room washer/dryer instructions only in Japanese and no way to adjust drying times, washed for 20 minutes and dried for two hours! Front desk staff failed to transfer calls a number of times and cut off some of the incoming calls. Coffee and tea only available after 2pm, why not all day? I would rather have coffee in the morning instead of late afternoon. For the room prices, amenities should be in the room; customers shouldn't have to go to check-in lobby to get toothbrushes, hand lotion, etc. Finally, the hotel restaurant service is terrible, half our order was served and the other half never arrived. The waitress said it was still being prepared. Since when does seafood soup take 30 minute to be prepared? The final insult was a 330Yen service charge for each of us when we didn’t get service! Not a good look. Felt unwelcome and never felt that way in the other hotels we’ve stayed at in Okinawa and mainland Japan. Will not be back.
