"Perfectly located to stay for an early train departure for CDG. 12 minute easy walk to Centre of Angoulême for large variety of restaurants. The area is not very desirable but it is opposite the train station $ that was the objective. Very clean room but unfortunately no fridge or tea/coffee facility in room."

"The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are alright too. But the location of the hotel is convenient only if the purpose of your trip is to visit the Cartoon Museum, which is around the corner. To get to the old town, where all the monuments, museums, churches, and restaurants are, you have to walk up a steep hill for fifteen minutes."

"I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter. We originally booked it for one night only, but due to changing family circumstances she had to add another night. She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. Particularly helped with the parking as it’s quite tricky when the small car park is busy.
