"Thank you so much for a fabulous short stay. Staff were fantastic prior to our stay with organising a driver to collect us from the airport, that worked perfectly. Reception staff could not have been friendlier and put up with our awful Italian and spoke perfect English to us. Nothing was too much effort and they were so helpful. "Everything about the hotel was excellent, comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Once we had worked out the train and bus (the staff explained which ones we needed for town) its situation which seemed far from town, did not seem so far! Breakfast was disappointing. The hot parts were not hot. The scrambled egg was excellent (though not hot) We would stay there again"
