"Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. The male receptionist who spoke English was so helpful and nice. He gave our kids some boxes with treats and when we checked out, he...

"Our family of four really liked this hotel. The room was a great size for our family. We love that we each get our own bed, 2 individual beds and a bunk bed to fit 2 people. On the second floor- they have a small gym, a water and ice dispenser, a public washroom, a laundry room that has numerous washers (100 yen per wash) and, numerous dryers ( 100 yen for 20 mins). The hotel is located within great walking distances to markets and convenient stores. "

"I booked the large concept room for my family of 4 and we were very impressed at how large the apartment was! We had lots of room that fit the 4 of us comfortably. The bath and shower were spacious. The dining counter was nice and big. There is a microwave, fridge and countertop stove. This is an apartment hotel building so no front desk. Check in and check out via tablet was easy. Laundry room on the 1st floor. Read the provided instruction booklet regarding towels and garbage sorting....

"Lovely hotel, very quiet area, Joe was fantastically welcoming, professional and friendly. Close to a metro station and 15 minutes walk to the Geisha district. Family mart and seven eleven 5 minutes walk away. The decor and design throughout the hotel were a perfect blend of traditional and modern. "

"I thought this was a very nice place to stay although I was a bit disappointed that the description of the room was for 6 but we were able to fit our family of 4 only. We had some last minute friends who were going to stay with us but we were told that the 2 additional beds were for children 6 years and younger. I felt like this should have been made more clear in the Expedia booking description. The room itself was very nice, clean and quiet. I really enjoyed the deep soaking tub with shower...

"The property is in a good location. Loved the room with the divider as it allowed for a small family. Unfortunately the hotel could not offer connecting rooms and the checkin time was strict at 4pm which was a little late as our flighr arrived early which meant we were wandering around the city tired and needed a bathroom."

"10/10 clean, modern Japanese interiors. The Japanese family room was amazing. Location is perfection: near everything but still quiet. Clean and large and great layout for family of 4. The spa was a nice bonus!"

"Best thing was how huge the suite was, we has 2 separate rooms with 2 double beds and a kitchen with a large dining table seats 6 and open concept with living room space which has 2 large couches facing a large flat screen TV. Right beside subway station was a bonus, but even on the 5th floor u may hear some rumbling of the subways. Clean and comfy! "

"We enjoyed our stay here, the room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. We also took advantage of their laundry facilities, machines easy to use. The location is also close to shopping and eating. We had a family mart about 1 block away that we would visit daily! "

"This property was ideal for us as a family of 4 with teen children. Full size beds for everyone which were lovely and firm and comfortable. The location was brilliant - nice and quiet but easily walkable to the bustling Dotonbori. The apartment is well kept and clean. Highly recommended."

"Despite a slow start due to using touch pad for checking in process where I had to WRITE on screen instead of typing in details, the room was spacious compared with other hotels in Japan and very clean. Great amenities inside the room including the projector and nice bath. Will be more than happy to stay there again on our next visit to Osaka!"
