"The hotel staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. My daughter was unexpectedly sick and we had to extend our stay and deal with other logistics (eg. Cancelling flights etc.). The staff helped me call relevant agencies and everything was settled. There was also a hospital close by. The hotel is walking distance to the main Ginza shopping area but far away enough from the noise and crowds. The rooms are also very soundproof. Better pillows can be provided.
