"Staff was friendly and the room and property were very clean. The air conditioner worked which was great! It’s right by a bus station and train tracks but there was no noticeable noise from this. The room was small compared to western standards but that is to be expected in Japan. "

"Like others have already mentioned, rooms are small and basic, but good for a few nights if spending most if your time out. The staff is friendly and helpful with easy check-in/check-out. Wifi is not the fastest if planning to do some work. Close to public transportation and many restaurants around the area. Great choice for the price overall. They are doing some construction inside the hotel and it can get a bit noisy too."

"The hotel was extremely well located for the airport and Hakata Station. The room was quiet and comfortable which is important to me. For me, I wasn’t impressed with the western breakfast , as it was the same for 3 days and whilst the quality was good, it simply wasn’t western in my eyes. However, this was a relatively minor thing. Very good overall. "

"It is close to the Subway and there is convenient stores near. Also, they offer laundry facilities but there is only 3 machines and drying takes a bit of time. Other than that would stay here again. "
