"Air conditioning failed to work for duration of stay"

"We had a great few days, small room but very clean. Every single member of staff was brilliant, we loved the New York Bar and the singer was lovely. Would stay again."

"The elevator was not working most of the time I was there. I had to lug my very heavy bag down 4 flights on my departure. I was lucky that one elevator was working when I arrived, but 30 minutes later after checking in and heading out both of the elevators were out of service and they remained out of service until my departure."

"It is hard to rate this property because it is brand new and gorgeous with gorgeous views BUT as a new hotel a lot still needs to be sorted: - I stayed for 3 nights, my toilet kept running loudly and they didn't have a maintenance person to fix it so the front desk person tried to fix it but couldn't and eventually gave me another upgraded room (nice). Then as staff were super busy with queries from other guests, they somehow lost track of where they had put me and only registered me in my new...

"Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, das Zimmer war wirklich fein, für ein Singlezimmer ausreichend bei einer Städtereise, WC und Dusche wunderbar, nur für Übergewichtige ist die Dusche bestimmt zu eng. Die Lage am Hyde Park, in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Circle Line Bayswater oder der roten centerline Queensway, die Busse 94 und 148 perfekt. Alles in allem superfein."

"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area."

"Everything is new and clean. Also close to major transportation hub and a bus is right in front of the hotel. Will be perfect if a sofa and/or coffee table in the room since the room is big enough to include more furniture. "

"This is a dated and tired property. The floors creaky and bed just divan bed. Bathroom is like a cubicle. The guest on the floor above woke me up due to so much movement I could hear their footsteps and flushing of the toilet."

"Everything is perfect with this hotel except for the blackout curtains. We were giving a room on the first floor closer to street lights and traffic which made it hard to sleep with all the lights and noise."
