"Rude staff when checking in on my feet four over half ,plenty off staff standing around only two members off staff on the check in desk, I told a gentleman that I have bad legs I can’t stand four two long ,his reply made me cry you must wait your turn .the room was clean nice meal but one member off staff was very rude, you should only put members off staff on the check in desk that care about people,"

"The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, conveniently located close to subway stations and just a short walk away from the Tower of London. The rooms are extremely small; even the sink is outside of the bathroom! The bed is surrounded by walls and the window on three sides! "The hotel is well situated and close to many tourist highlights, the theatres for Hamilton and Wicked (probably others as well), restaurants and the Victoria Station underground, which makes getting around easy. The rooms might be smaller than what most North American travellers are used to but they are beautifully decorated, functional, quiet, clean and comfortable.
