"Pros: Easy check-in, location is quiet. There’s a short 10 minute walk to South Kensington Station which connects you to everywhere in London. The grocery store was 3 minutes away (open until 12AM!) and had all the essentials. Laundromat (wash & fold services) and pharmacy were also a short walk away. I informed them that is was to hot and the next morning they brought a fan. The place was well equipped. The area rug by the couch was a trip hazzard. This may seem like a bad review but it is not. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."
