"Our room was on the second floor with a Westerly aspect. Nice to have sun in the afternoon. The kitchen is ideal w microwave l, a 2 plate ceramic cooktop, toaster, electric kettle, good size underbench fridge, marble benchtop and stainless sink. Excellent heating system for the 3 deg C night to 11deg C day temps. For us the numeric coded front snd room door locks were ideal … no ieys to coordinate between partners and nothing to lose"

"Awesome location in Covent Garden. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Was able to leave luggage before check in time. Nice, clean and quiet in the room. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are centrally heated throughout the building and tend to be on the warmer side this time of year. But staff helped with fans and cracking open the windows. "

"Had difficulty getting in to start with as there was 2 keypads. The bed had casters and constantly moved, no headboard so pillows fell behind the bed. For such a tiny room the table was far too big an took up so much space. Personally we didn’t think the room had been cleaned that well. The sofa was as rickety as hell and the covers were in need of a good wash, crumbs underneath the seat cushions, thankfully we didn’t need to sleep on it. With hindsight for what we paid for 5 nights it would...

"We loved our stay here because it was very comfortable and clean, plus it was quite modern. Nice shower. Comfortable bed. Lots of options for plugs, except in the bathroom. Great location for exploring all of London. The Piccadilly line (The Underground) is very close to the unit. There are numerous good options for dinner nearby."

"This was truly the best place I stayed in a while. From the moment you ent r you feel seen and respected. Rooms nice with every thing you could possibly need from umbrellas to plug adapters. Hue greeted us every day with a smile. Offered to take our pictures. Came home every afternoon to a freshly cleaned apartment. As much coffee and water as you like. Just a wonderful experience. "
