"Great modern boutique hotel with beautiful design and features. Clean, smells brand new still and centrally located. Front desk staff was very friendly and staffed 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, blackout blinds effective, kitchen as described, and towels large and clean. My only complaint is that the so-called fitness centre is not really that at all. "The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming."

"Great location adjacent to Chinatown, Leicester Square, and Piccadilly Circus. Very clean with comfortable bed. Only cons were 53 steps up to “first floor” flat, entrance is in an alleyway behind some restaurants, and no AC (but comfortable with provided fans and windows left ajar).
