"Best pod hotel we have stayed in! So clean, the bathrooms are beautiful and had underfloor heating! Towels were provided and you could rent more if you wanted. Each pod had its own control over air conditioning, lovely lighting and much more secure than any other pod hotel I’ve stayed in! The staff were all very friendly too!! Bonus area to sit in and work or just chill as well as coffee machine; vending machine with champagne, beers snacks and drinks! We will absolutely be returning!!!"

"Chiswick Rooms stay was perfect for what I needed. Located in a charming and quiet area, the rooms were kept cool and clean with blackout shades perfect for jet lagged customers. "The room was the size of a closet, the bed creaked, you could hear everything because the walls were made of paper. Was unable to go to sleep at a reasonable hour because everyone was making noise and every day someone was banging their door at six am. They don’t have an elevator. My room was on the “third floor” and I had to carry my suitcase up six flights of stairs. And no one thought to help me. "Pretty sure we were the first guests to stay in the room that we booked. Kind staff in a new hotel, allowed us to check in after a long flight almost six hours prior to check in so we could grab a good nap!"

"The thing that makes this property so wonderful is the location and the views. The rooms, although amazing views, were outdated. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Overall it was a decent room for the amount of time I spent in it. The part that bothered me was the hotel lobby was under construction and hidden by a huge construction wall. I booked this place for the views and ability to lounge in the lobby and have amazing views. Unfortunately the only view was the front desk and a small market...

"Bin was still full from last guest and toilet as ‘dirty’ - not cleaned either from last guest Knew the style of hotel and keen to try. Very dusty and the standard of cleaning is not up to scratch at all Very soulless place Zero amenities, no kettle, water, hairdryer, cupboards - simply sleep, shower and leave"

"Fijn hotel op een fijne locatie. Dicht in de buurt van zowel bussen als metro's. Ik had een kamer zonder ramen en deze werd aardig warm, zeker omdat de airco stopt wanneer je de kamer verlaat. De kamer was klein, maar fijn (zeker als je alleen reist) en is voorzien van een nette badkamer met zeep. Het enige wat ik miste in de kamer was een waterkoker."

"We stayed in two rooms over the course of our stay and they were both nice, although we preferred the accessible room because of the bigger washroom. The one downside is there was no mini fridge to keep water or other drinks/food cold. Prime location, quiet and close to the transit line."

"Perfect spot for this hotel, we could walk to Cadogan Hall where we were going to see a show and the next morning we walked to Buckingham palace. Beds were comfy, air con was good, the only slight issue was the tube noise, to be honest it didn’t bother us much, we slept really well."
