"Great staff and facilities, fantastic suite"

"Location, location, location. Easy walk to all transportation hubs including the hop on, hop off bus. Staff was excellent and views from our room were amazing. Highly recommended for a stay in London. My only complaint was the construction noise on the morning we decided to sleep in. However, the hotel compensated our late check out fee."

"The place is nice but the service and the respect for guests are below average. 1st they ask for a deposit even after you pay for the entire stay. I found it odd... The deposit they ask for varies per person without reason... Maybe based on the way you look... Then, it takes up to 5 working days to refund your deposit after you leave. Also, be aware that they sell sweets and biscuts at the reception not at the bar, but if you want a biscut with a tea you purchase in the bar, it is not possible;...

"No mirrors in the rooms, had to lean over the sink to apply makeup. The room while nice was dark with little natural daylight! Great complimentary bar and excellent breakfast!"

No obstante, la habitación es muy pequeña y estaba helada porque mantienen abiertas las puertas que dan al patio de servicio y a la calle. La habitación no cuenta con amenidades básicas como agua, café o té, crema para el cuerpo, etc. El precio me parece alto para el tamaño de la habitación..."

"Everything is new and clean. Also close to major transportation hub and a bus is right in front of the hotel. Will be perfect if a sofa and/or coffee table in the room since the room is big enough to include more furniture. "

"Self check in was a bit lack luster. The humans that were available in the lobby might as well have been robots. The hallways were very dark and hard to see room numbers. If you are ok with not having a chair a window a hair dryer or a personality…..this is the perfect place."

"Short stay in Canary Wharf but well worth a new experience in London Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful Quiet rooms to tackle the jet lag Love Canary Wharf and would definitely make the Tribe my go to on future visits to London Everything on your doorstep without the overwhelming crowds of Central London "

"朝食バイキングはクラシックフルブレックファーストで美味しいです。部屋にバスタブはありません。トイレ＆シャワー室は広々。洗面ボールは部屋によってサイズが異なり、洗面周りに何も置けないトイレ手洗用の小さなものが設置されている部屋もあります。７Fでも時々下水のにおいが気になることがあります。歯ブラシ、スリッパ、バスローブなどは、部屋に備えられておらず、受付に依頼して無料提供いただけます。ドライヤー、紅茶、ネスプレッソはあります。冷蔵庫にはコンデンスミルク2本が入っていました。空調やベッドの寝心地は快適です。"
