"I’ve stayed in a few pod hotels, and this was by far the most modern; new but also cool. However the QR code system to get in everywhere is very annoying and at the end of the day it’s a hostel with the same flaws all hostels have (smelly, unclean, unloved). It was however only £70 for a night in central London… beggars can’t be choosers I guess!"

"Staff, (Sid) was so nice, early arrival, . I was exhausted and he was able to secure me a single to crash in until my room was ready at 11 am. There are no amenities. This place is bare bones . It’s nicely decorated, but bring your own pillow. Beds and pillows are not comfortable."

"The family duplex over two floors with two bathrooms was perfect for my two sons, my daughter and I. Excellent that there were two fridges, great air conditioning and the most comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent too. Very happy with our stay which was perfect for getting around London and to Wembley stadium."

I stayed during a London heat wave and the air conditioning repeatedly showed error codes and was essentially non-functional. My room had no window and felt extremely claustrophobic, so the lack of working AC made the stay miserable. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were flat, and the room was not soundproof;...

"Great location, and very helpful staff member on reception. Air Con works really well and as it was only a 1 night stay for me, it didn't matter that there is no window in the room. They stored my luggage before check in for a small charge Great value, would recommend and I would stay there again"
