"The breakfast bar was pretty hard core! Omlette station, hot items, bread/toast/pastries, cereals, yogurt & fruit- this was big & plentiful. Excellent value! Location cant be beat! Right outside Tower Bridge, bus stop to all major attractions near by, tube near by... this hotel can be very local. The bed was gorgeous!! Curtains were heavy enough to block out light for a deep restful sleep. Cannot hear any noise from outside- best sleep I've had in months!"

"Kamer is klein, dat is geen verrassing. Maar het is echt klein… Ontbijt niet genomen, want keuze is beperkt en daarmee prijzig. Irritant was dat er een alarm afging om 6.20. Personeel aan de deur die het vanaf de receptie uit ging zetten, 5 minuten later. Locatie was voor mij de reden dit hotel te boeken. Maar ik zal hier niet terug komen."

"Check in smooth and friendly staff. Room was dusty in places. The windows let in a draft and more noise. Perhaps if you get better windows it would be less noisy Sofa bed really uncomfortable Good kitchen amenities For a child there is a lot of hazards like a glass table?!?!? Like why? The hotel has gone down hill. We stayed here as a couple in 2016 and it was amazing. We took our child this time and it's deteriorated quite a lot."

"Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Very quiet, very comfortable room. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and that was lovely! There is massive construction going on at the building next door so we were woken up at 8am by drilling etc, but we were out and about all day so it wasn’t too much of a bother. "Property is very well located and they offered a complimentary continental breakfast which was a nice touch. We were located in a family room on the lower ground which was upgrade from the triple room we had booked. Room was nice but the noise from the hotel guests in rooms above was meant we hardly slept. Other than that couldn’t fault it."

"Clean room however had a bad odour we had to purchase room spray because it smelt strange. They didn’t make our bed or give us fresh towels. Noise from air con and tubes can be a bit disturbing at night. Overall great location greatness to tubes tube stations and plenty of breakfast and restaurants near by. However wouldn’t rush back. Parking very awkward and staff not helpful with location of best parking either. "
