"We had a deluxe room overlooking the street. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom functioned well but ideally would have been a little larger. My partner made use of the spa which she enjoyed and one evening we ate in the restaurant. Overall a very pleasant stay in an excellent location."

"This by far was the cherry on top! The room was gorgeous, overlooking the Royal Mews. An anniversary dessert was waiting in our room. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the doorman to the server in the dining room everyone made service their goal! The only negative thing I could say is that hallway noise could be heard in the room. Even so, I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting London."

"Older hotel but with a great staff and updated rooms right in the heart of Londons theatre district. Also walkable to Piccadilly, Buckingham Palace, Winchester Abbey, London Eye, Tower or London and many other sights and the train/tube station. Outstanding breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants in the hotel as well. "

"It is an excellent location, literally a 3-4 minute walk to Victoria Station and 10 minutes from Buckingham Palace. A really good central location with a couple of cool pubs around, and the room worked really well for our group of three. "

Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was die Anbindung sehr praktisch macht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: durchweg sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ein Problem im Zimmer wurde sofort ernst genommen, und ich konnte ohne Umstände in ein neues Zimmer umziehen – dafür nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön! Die Einrichtung...

"I stayed for two nights. The room was very spacious and comfortable.The reception and concierge team were friendly. I ordered room service for all my meals and the food was consistently great. Unfortunately, the spa experience, which was a key reason I chose the hotel, was a major disappointment. The spa reception team were friendly and recommended a hot stone massage, but I was instead given what seemed to be a standard full body massage. It felt more like a body rub than a proper treatment. "The rooms were very large for Europe and had all the necessary amenities including a Nespresso machine. The only complaint we had was the card system and door locks. We struggled (as did all guests) to get in and out of the hall to the exit. Also the room keys all stopped working the second day for the whole building. Some upgrades are needed in those areas. Otherwise the location was fantastic. "

"I have never been to a hotel with better service. The staff are kind and highly organized. I was very impressed with everyone from the bellman to the front desk. They are accommodating and thoughtful. The room was also in perfect condition with a beautiful view of the atrium. Room service was wonderful and the location was perfect. The bed was firm and pillows were a bit too firm for me but thats personal preference. Loved this hotel and would stay again! "

"More travel lodge than Pullman. Carpets are dirty, window s haven’t been cleaned in years seeing and the quality of the rooms generally are atrocious. I paid £300 to stay here and would honestly say it’s the worst quality of room I’ve seen at this price point or even lower. There are much better options. Positives: location and the lobby area. "
