"The best capsule I have stayed in London. It’s brand new and hope it continues to be well maintained. Gender specific toilets and showers which is perfect. Stairs to the top bunk are awkward so you have to be careful, one wrong move and it’s a wrap! Great communal area, wish there was more seating and also couldn’t locate luggage room on my stay,maybe this need better signage."

"I was very pleased with my stay here. Although i had a small room (as others have mentioned), it had everything I needed, and the air conditioning was excellent (it was very hot when I was visiting). The staff was friendly and helpful. And they have a nice little coffee & pastry bar in the lobby area. Location is excellent and the keyless entry was easy to use. I would definitely visit here again in the future."

"A four star well located property in every respect EXCEPT for front desk service. Staff was suitably polite but they simply seemed to not know what was going on or how to use the computers. Absolutely everything was an issue and it was SLOW. I don't know if it's training or competence but it subtracted from an otherwise 4 star experience ."
