"We had a lovely stay and loved the easy check-in and ipad room controls. Didn’t eat in the Hotel, and had to take our own kettle so that we had tea in our room. Great room design and use of space. The view wss AMAZING ! Will definitely come back...with our kettle. : ))))"

"The room and hotel in general was very clean. The bath towels were soft and huge. Breakfast was excellent. We had two dinner meals, one light lunch and two afternoon tea all were very good and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One improvement opportunity is to upgrade the WiFi system. Initially it was just a bit slow but was down for the last two days of our visit. The location is excellent for shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. Really nice experience."

"Siobhán was so kind and helpful. In fact, everyone I interacted with at the front desk was so helpful but Siobhán especially. She was able to get me into my room a bit earlier than usual which was an enormous help given my jet lag. She also recommended a lovely place to eat. My room was very clean and comfortable and the location is very convenient for the tube and lots of dining options/shopping. I'll definitely come back to the Bedford the next time I'm in London. "
