"It is a pod hotel after all so the space will be small. That being said, the experience was great. Very clean and well maintained. The check in experience was as simple as scanning a qr code and you are in. There are lockers for storing luggage which is helpful if you want to check out but still need to do stuff in town. Secure lock on the pod and secure locked doors for the hotel and pod section as well. Best of all it is right next to the Elizabeth line station so travel from the airport is...

"tiny rooms for the price. Which is fine but their staff was terrible. I requested them multiple times during my 3 day stay to clean my room. They did not do it once!!! They offered me to replace my towels and then no one turned up! This was after I complained about their service. I am never coming back to their property and will recommend the same to my colleagues, team members, and friends."

"The room was more spacious than I expected for London, with a location spitting distance from Victoria station and the Wicked musical. I especially appreciated how nice the a/c system was since it was so hot out (for London); we're from Florida so it wasn't that hot, but also we're used to strong a/c and people's definition of that various widely here. "It's a very customer specific model. I'll never stay there again, but for some people for a few days (or maybe TWO days, max) it could work very well. Location can't be beat for culture vultures."

"Locke is a new hotel, located at the end of South Colonnade, Canary Wharf. Modern with open plan style incorporating cafe, bar and open seated areas. Staff were great; young and enthusiastic (Sophie and Conor were a delight). The only issue I had was checking in after 10:00pm took a little longer as reception didn't seem to be staffed. Rooms are great, well appointed and overall, I'll definitely be back."
