"The Strand Palace is in an excellent location within walking distance of the National Gallery, St.Paul's Cathedral, the West End theaters, etc. The room was lovely with all the amenities one could hope for, including a Keurig machine for early morning coffee. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet had a wide array of both hot and cold dishes."

Staff are very nice and friendly and they provide free water on tap with glass bottle provided for you to keep refilling and take into your room.
