"This facility is for the traveler that only needs a bed and a bathroom. There are no tables or dressers or chairs in the rooms. No extra amenities except for a coffee shop in the lower level and the vending machines for drinks did not work. They were short on pillows and we had to ask several times for a couple of extra pillows. Every time we were out of toilet paper, we needed to ask for more toilet paper and they would only give us one roll at a time. The beds were a mattress on a platform and...

"Everything is new and clean. Also close to major transportation hub and a bus is right in front of the hotel. Will be perfect if a sofa and/or coffee table in the room since the room is big enough to include more furniture. "

"We only stayed for one night as we were attending the Chelsea Flower Show…the staff on arrival were very helpful and kept our case safe whilst we attended the show, on our return this had been placed in our room. Room was very nice, clean and with a lovely bathroom, there was a kettle with teabags, coffee etc, just one packet of biscuits. "Staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is not in great shape. It is clearly an older building and hotel. Bed was not comfy, room did not feel clean, noise insulation was terrible. Would not recommend! Not worth it."
