"Die Nester waren wirklich gemütlich und clever gedacht. Für drei Nächte bin ich mit einem kleinen Koffer sehr gut klargekommen. Die Badezimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und werden sehr regelmäßig geputzt. Das Personal war unheimlich freundlich und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Ich persönlich finde die Klimaanlage hat sich etwas kälter angefühlt als die eingestellten 23 Grad und das Tür öffnen am Nest mit dem QR Code ist wirklich nervig. Da passt der Winkel gefühlt nie. "Lovely location. Room a bit dated and not always in a charming or characterful way - e.g. brown patterned carpet, likely from the 1980s. At check out I was asked for a 15 pound a night “tip” or service charges and to cover lobby and door staff! I felt awkward asking for it to be removed from the account, but really at 250+ a night I expect staff to be part of the deal. Is tipping at hotel really to become a normal thing in London?"

"Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker. I recommend staying at this hotel."

"The hotel was located in a very central spot. I think for the price point it was an excellent hotel. The rooms were upgraded and not too small for European standard. My only complaint is that they had a yummy lemoncelo chocolate left in the room and I wanted a second piece! They refused. 😆"

"Location of this property is wonderful. We had a large room, upgraded for free, which looked out across Kensington Garden. Very quiet hotel, never heard street noise or any other room noise. We would definitely stay here again. Whole Foods is also just a block away."

"The Locke hotels are always very beautifully designed and the rooms are very nice. The rooms are large, fully equipped kitchen and nice layout. We had some trouble with the A/C, but was immediately taken care of by the staff, who are very friendly. The only minimal drawback is that we stayed for 6 nights and had programmed housekeeping for the third night, but they never came. Also we had to go to the lobby to grab more supplies like toilet paper, tea and coffee when we asked for some. It’s...
