"Some of the stall were really good but others were so so. Really didn’t appreciate the guy trying to charge me 20£ for an hour early check in after 8hr flight plus an 1hr travel to hotel. Room was super small but stuff put a decent effort in"

"Very close to the underground trains. Lots of places to eat and small markets to pick up food and drinks all within a few minutes walking distance. My room was quiet. Bed was very comfortable, would highly recommended Bob W."

"the room was clean, the major issue is housekeeping letting them selves into the room at 9 am when check out was 11am my partner was in the shower which is ok the main room as i wa getting ready to had to wrap a towel for cover myself up. did report to reception they didn't care"

"Please make sure about room size before booking this hotel. No windows in the room, no chair or no table. Looks like it is purely for holiday makers who want to stay in the center of city , location is great and very close to Piccadilly train station. Not for business travellers"

"Everything is new and clean. Also close to major transportation hub and a bus is right in front of the hotel. Will be perfect if a sofa and/or coffee table in the room since the room is big enough to include more furniture. "

"We only stayed for one night as we were attending the Chelsea Flower Show…the staff on arrival were very helpful and kept our case safe whilst we attended the show, on our return this had been placed in our room. Room was very nice, clean and with a lovely bathroom, there was a kettle with teabags, coffee etc, just one packet of biscuits. There was some renovation work still going on which impacted on the use of the terrace which was a real shame as the courtyard was a lovely space, very...

"It is a very central place, staff were lovely and the breakfast was grand too. We were able to keep our luggage at the hotel when we went off to explore. Would highly recommend staying here! ☺️"

"Staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is not in great shape. It is clearly an older building and hotel. Bed was not comfy, room did not feel clean, noise insulation was terrible. Would not recommend! Not worth it."
