"The property is in a good location. Loved the room with the divider as it allowed for a small family. Unfortunately the hotel could not offer connecting rooms and the checkin time was strict at 4pm which was a little late as our flighr arrived early which meant we were wandering around the city tired and needed a bathroom."

"We enjoyed our stay here, the room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. We also took advantage of their laundry facilities, machines easy to use. The location is also close to shopping and eating. We had a family mart about 1 block away that we would visit daily! "

"The hotel is perfectly located on a cute neighborhood street off of a busy main street. There are small boutique shops and a very good cafe downstairs and within 2-3 minute walking distance. There is a local grocery store around the corner, on the Main Street, where we bought groceries for meals. The Niko Castle is about a 4-minute walk away, and Nishiki Market is a 7 minute cab ride away. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had staff who spoke English, but we also used Google Translate...

"Despite a slow start due to using touch pad for checking in process where I had to WRITE on screen instead of typing in details, the room was spacious compared with other hotels in Japan and very clean. Great amenities inside the room including the projector and nice bath. Will be more than happy to stay there again on our next visit to Osaka!"
