"L’hôtel convient pour un séjour à Lourdes mais les prestations ne sont pas extraordinaire. L’isolation des chambres n’est pas top, pour un quatre étoiles, j’ai vu mieux. Cependant le petit déjeuné matinal est très bien. J’ai eu l’occasion d’utiliser le Spa, mon avis est très mitigé car à l’époque le jacuzzi ne fonctionnais pas, nous n’avions pu utiliser que le hammam et sauna."
