The staff were all very kind and polite, as well. The one problem was the shower drain.y partner took a shower when we arrived and it overflowed immediately. We arrived at 3pm and It took a while to get checked in and the original room wasn’t ready so they had to give us another room. The receptionist was accommodating and asked us if we wanted a room with a shower or Bath and if we wanted a room at the front or back.
