"It was not expensive. There is no room cleaning service during your stay unless you pay extra. Our first room was on the top floor which is affected by roof beams. And it was small. We were moved at no cost to a much better room. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms, and beds, and pillows should be updated, but it is not an expensive hotel. The breakfast is good, but exactly the same every day. So, overall it was a good experience."

"Excelente opção para ficar em Beaune. Meus filhos ficaram em um apto de 3 quartos muito espaçoso, com uma sala excelente, cozinha equipada e ótimas camas. Somente um quarto tinha um chuveiro e os banheiros eram do lado de fora do quarto mas nada que comprometesse. Eu e o meu marido ficamos em um outro quarto tb no térreo. Maravilhoso! "It is a centraly located hotel. Lots of good things close at hand. I did not particularly like it as I never saw, nor met, anybody from the hotel during my stay, with the exception of my departure day. I had to call them 2 times, and to be honest, they always answered back, so I did not realy have any problem. And I knew it would be that way. "Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Parking ($8/day) garage a five minute walk away. However it is very congested during the day with pedestrians and scooter bikes everywhere. Limited kitchen utensils, towels, and fridge space so ask before bookings in all, a very good option for exploring intensive."
