Great room, let down by some hidden fees.
"The room was amazing, I have never stayed in a hotel so quiet, and the room was pitch black at night. The bed was also super comfortable. However, I have also never had to pay £15 to store my bag before being able to check in (yes they advertise this in the small print but still…£15 for 2 hours???). ..."
