"Concierge service is great. A male attendant at the checkout on February 25th is terrible, completely ignorant of guest needs. I had to resolve the issue with a female attendant. Lagoon corals are growing ( ), but lagoon is reduced to a half size to accommodate 2 turtles and smaller size is detrimental to the fish. There is a significantly less fish in lagoon in comparison to my 5 years ago visit. There's a construction between the lagoon and main restaurant. The construction dust is visible in...
