"Check in was hard. No one was at the desk, so they gave you instructions over the phone to get your key from an open box behind the desk (not very secure) and took me a min to find it. Also, someone came to my room at 8 PM to "turn on the fireplace" (I did not have a fireplace). "Really charming hotel... much more spacious than expected. Furniture and appliances were a little dated but it actually kinda adds to the "ski condo" vibe. My floor had a community lounge area with board games, books and a fireplace. Cannot beat the location. Staff was super friendly. Price was great. Overall a phenomenal value and it's nice to know that there are still places in Park City that are affordable. "

"Wonderful place to stay for our little getaway, the pool and the hot tub were perfectly heated and the fun center was a great added bonus for the day we spent inside because of the rain. "

"The unit didn't have air conditioning as advertised. It was 90 degrees when we got there at 11 pm and we couldn't cool it down, even with all the windows and doors open. We couldn't stay there. We were really disappointed because when we booked it said the unit had air conditioning and the property management people said it doesn't. We were mislead. "

"I had an unexpected personal issue arise for my stay here. But the staff was amazing and very communicative with all of the details. The property is stunning and I hope to book again to be able to actually enjoy the property next time."
