"숙소는 오래되었으나 청소상태는 대체적으로 깔끔했다. 그러나 우리방에서 바퀴벌레가 나왔다. 물론 업그레이드로 방을 바꿔주셨지만 찜찜하다. 조식은 보통. 다만 리조트 앞 바다가 무척 예뻤고(빠통비치 중에서 가장 예쁜 것 같음) 리조트 내에 프로그램이 잘 되어 있어, 오랫도안 머물면서 리조트를 충분히 즐기면 좋을 것 같다. "

"The check-in process and the initial refusal to honour the all inclusive offer we had prebooked that was only overturned by the duty manager because he "couldn't find proof" in the booking that it wasn't booked for all three guests left a bitter taste. "Stayed with my family in a poolside room. The staff were amazing - helpful and friendly. Food was great. The only challenge is that it's not the easiest to leave and explore by foot due to having to cross a busy street and being a bit of a walk from central to south Patong which is where markets etc are. Do make use of the free shuttle to Jungceylon mall as it's close to all the action. Wouldn't hesitate to return in the future."

Unfortunately some of them did not allow us to pay by tapping the phone, only by physical card which is not good and old fashion cause it's easier and faster to do it by phone.
