"The property itself was very nice as you’d expect However, a few things made the stay less than 10/10 The fees — I don’t think it’s that obvious when booking but there are a few hidden fees (for example, if there is evidence that you’ve used the kitchenette you have to pay €12 at the end, if you want the room etc cleaning it’s €20 each time) We also had 3 power cuts. There is no one on site that we could find so we sat in the dark for the first one for an hour trying to call a number you get...

"Ideally located for the station & exploring the city. Staff all very efficient, with evening receptionist helpfully pointing us in the direction of a restaurant still open late in the evening. Hotel was a little dated, but very Italian, and very clean. Good shower and great air-con in bedroom. Good value stay."

"Good clean accommodation within 15 minutes walk of the airport. We had a balcony which was a bonus. Breakfast was all out of packets and nothing fresh- croissant, biscuits etc. Top floor of a block of flats. Useful for late/ early flights."

"セルフチェックインは初めてでしたので少し戸惑いましたが、メールで対応を教えてもらえました。whatappを持っていたら良いかも。 ロビーにはいるのも鍵が必要なので、早めに着く場合は建物にも入れません。駅前で時間を潰したほうが良いでしょう。駅からはバスでVISAタッチで来ました。 部屋は広いしキレイで、居心地は良かったです。色々お菓子も置いていました。朝食はクーポン券で周りの店に行く方式でした。 周りは静かで特に夜も落ち着いていました。"

"Super close to the leaning tower. Room was ok but location was excellent. View from room was great. Stairs were steep so if you have problems climbing, this may not help. Check in was not simple - even though it said till midnight, had to ring bell and wait for someone from the outside to come. Took abt 10 min. No one there at checkout except cleaning lady who was super nice."
