We've been to several all-inclusive resorts in Mexico (including Fairmont Mayakoba).. and this one has been our favorite! Upon our arrival we upgraded to the "reserve" area for a very reasonable cost and it was well worth the price. We truely can't say enough about the quality of the staff and food. My only complaint was the lack of the activity schedule access, which we found in the fitness centre only, and the staff were not sticking to that schedule for the first few days until another traveller complained to management.
